From PDF to QR code in four steps.
- 1
Send us a manual
The PDF you already print. We don't need CAD files or 3D models, so it works for stock made in any factory.
- 2
We build the guide
Every step, part and fitting is checked against your manual, then shown in your colours under your name.
- 3
Add a QR code
In the box, on a sticker in the fittings bag, in the dispatch email or on the product page. Nothing to install.
- 4
We keep it right
If the product or manual changes, we update the guide. The QR code on the box stays the same.
A guide they can follow with a screwdriver in one hand.
- 1Their pace, not a video'sEach step plays, then waits. Replay, pause or slow it down.
- 2The exact fittingEvery bolt with its part code, size and quantity, for that step.
- 3Close-ups of each jointThe model turns, zooms and shows which way each piece goes in.
- 4Your warnings, where they matterSafety notes from your manual appear on the step they belong to.
- 5Hands-freeSteps read aloud, and voice control where the browser supports it.
- 6Any devicePhone, tablet or laptop, straight from the QR code.
When it goes wrong, you get a ticket you can act on.
Every step has a Stuck? button. The customer picks what's wrong and which part. Your team receives the product, the step and the part already filled in, so nobody has to ask which bolt they mean.

Try it on five products for three months.
We build guides for the five products that cause you the most trouble. You put them in front of customers, and after three months we look at the numbers together.
Calls and emails about building the piloted products.
Fittings and panels sent out, and what they cost to send.
Products sent back as faulty or incomplete.
Each compared with the three months before, so you can see whether it paid for itself.
What brands ask first.
Do we need CAD files or 3D models?
No. We build each guide from your PDF manual alone. That's why it works for products made by a factory overseas, where you only ever received the manual.
How accurate is it?
The steps, parts, part codes and quantities match your manual exactly, and we check every step against it. Because the 3D model is built from the PDF rather than CAD, proportions are close but not engineering-exact.
Do customers have to download an app?
No. The guide opens in the phone's browser straight from the QR code, and works on tablets and laptops too.
Where is it hosted, and what if you disappear?
Guides can sit on your own web address, such as guides.yourbrand.co.uk, so they look and feel like yours. If we ever stop trading, you get the files to host yourself, so the QR codes on your boxes keep working.
What happens when a product changes?
Send us the new manual and we update the guide. The QR code stays the same, so boxes already in warehouses and homes still point to the right version.
What does it cost?
A pilot is a fixed price for five products, agreed before we start. After that, a yearly licence covers your range, with hosting and updates included. Get in touch and we'll quote for your catalogue.
Send us one of your manuals.
Email a PDF for one of your trickier products and we'll build its guide for free, so you can judge it on your own furniture.
